ShopEX TV – Return & Refund Policy
Regular returns: If you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product within 7 days after the day you receive your products, you can notify us of your decision and receive a refund. Cancellations received after this period will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in a re-sellable condition, with its original packaging including all instructions, seals, contents, tags, accessories, and any free/bonus items received with your order. You are advised to keep the order invoice intact to facilitate the return process.
Defected Products returns: If products used for less than 3 months before defection is notified to us, the customer will have three options (Repair, Replacement, Refund). In the case of repairs, return of the defected products will be limited to the part(s) within the warranty coverage. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@shopextv.com. Shipping and processing costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, if the customer is not open to Options 1 & 2.
If the products have been used for more than 3 months or past its Warranty period, these above-mentioned options will not be applicable.
Warranty returns: As per the products description page, if products are defected or get spoilt and require repairs, the repairs or returns will be limited to the specified warranty coverage. Returns and Refunds Process:
To return your product, you should contact us on 02096246575 or via email enquiries@shopextv.com. If the Products require collection, we will collect the Products from the address to which they were delivered. If you opt to return the product(s) this should be sent to our drop-off address at ConSol House, ConSol Close, Off Apapa-Oshodi Expressway, Plot C, Block 2, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, Oshodi, Lagos, Nigeria.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will not be processed until returned Products are received by us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or issue a partial refund where returned Products have diminished in value due to the mishandling of goods by the Consumer, you have a legal obligation to keep the Products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be to your bank account within 5-7 working days. If, after having waited for over 7 working days, and having confirmed (by checking your bank account), you have NOT received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@shopextv.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, spend NGN3000 and get NGN700 off your order) you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy offer discount you will refund the full multi-buy value. If the value of the item returned is the same as or less than the value of the multi-buy saving, then no refund will be issued.
Shipping fee (for return items), customers will be responsible for the costs of returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Excluded Returns/Refunds Products:
- Sale items: Only regular-priced items and not SALE products may be refunded.
- Products that have come into contact with food;
- Garments/underwear – if the hygiene label or tag has been removed, or a garment has been worn;
- Goods that because of their nature cannot be returned including but are not limited to items which cannot be returned in the same physical state as they were supplied
- Any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or personalized;
