How do I place an Order?

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We have two payment methods, you can either make a “Bank Transfer” or you “Pay On Delivery which is open to Lagos residence only”. You can pay on delivery by cash or via a POS unit provided by our courier service. Please ensure you inform our Customer Service Advisors on your preferred payment option by calling our Call Centre on: 0700 00 12345 We will share our bank details through your phone number and email address.


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our delivery service is FREE of charge. While it takes between 2-3 working days for order delivery within Lagos, it takes between 5-7 working days to deliver to other locations outside Lagos.

Do You Ship Outside Lagos?

Yes. Delivery outside Lagos is also FREE of charge.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Unless otherwise stated you should receive your product within 2-3 working days once dispatched (Lagos Only), however please see our main Terms & Conditions for our full terms of delivery. Cities outside of Lagos may take up to 7 working days for delivery. If we become aware we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

What if I am not in to receive my delivery?

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, we will reschedule for another time and attempt delivery at no extra cost (Max. of 3 attempts). You can also pick up your order at our warehouse below; Pick Up Point Consol House, Consol Close, Off, Plot C Apapa-Oshodi Express Way, Lagos, Nigeria ​
